In the past few months I have been experiencing the "Really????" moments and want to share them, just for fun.
1. Listing agents thinking they are the new reincarnations of God-
No one returns your phone calls; You are not informed on the MLS that the cut off date for offer submission until you finally connect with the pricey agents and then you find out that the cut off date passed 48 hours ago. When asked why it was not submitted on the remarks in the MLS, you hear- : I don't need to, I already have 20 offers. You can … (0 comments)
