windemere san ramon home prices: Idiots or just plain Liars? - 05/19/11 02:14 AM

I have many observations to make on the Windemere market in San Ramon but if I truly tell you the expletives I would use, it would not be pretty.The agents who control the inventory and list homes here are probably lying to get these listings.It is an amazing sight to watch people list their homes at prices that are not supported by the market. There are times when the sellers insist on crazy prices and many times it is the Realtors who guide them to do it. Feed the seller what they want to hear and get your sign in the … (6 comments)
