When you stop and think about what traits you want your Realtor to have, you might think, “I don’t know what my Realtor should be good at”. If you have never bought a home or if you bought a home many years ago, it would be hard to know what you really want in your Realtor because the Real Estate Landscape has changed so much over the past several years. It seems that the homes I have seen over the past couple of years have all been caught up in the make it pretty mind set. Most buyers want a home they can move into and not have to spend a ton of money on to make it liveable. The homes that were Fixer Uppers were NASTY! They could have just as well been barns for farm animals, nasty kitchens, bathrooms falling apart, roof leaks, floor coverings that you would not want to walk barefoot on and every other nasty thing you could imagine in a nasty house.
