According to William Gross they probablyare. I just finished reading an article on line on CNBC's Website. Mr. Gross is chief investment officer and founder of the investment management firm PIMCO. PIMCO runs one of the largest (if not the largest) bond funds in the World. In the article Mr. Gross said; "I think at some point we're going to see a 4.5 percent mortgage rate and the 10-year Treasury rate capped at some level," he said.
