Everyone today is looking for Affordable Real Estate somewhere and Northwest Crossing in San Antonio, TX has just that! It isn't a "Seller's" Market or a "Buyer's" Market, it is a "Balanced" Market. So what does that mean exactly? Well when there is less than about 5 months supply of Homes for Sale in an area then it is considered a "Seller's" Market and when there is over 7 months supply of Homes for Sale then it is considered a "Buyer's" Market.
