I have recently made a career decision with the move to join the ranks of thousands of independant real estate professionals across North America. After over 10 years of being associated with nationally franchised real estate firms, myself and others are witnessing a continued transformation of change across the real estate industry in the way agents can service the needs of their clients.

Recently back from our company convention in Dallas, I continue to be propelled more now than ever before, towards acceptance of change, and through my own learned convictions. I believe Steve Morris, Founder and CEO of EXIT Realty Corp International, when he says EXIT will own the next decade. It's in his eyes!

I'm writing this blog after a recent discussion with a prospective real estate license candidate looking to enter our fine profession of real estate sales.
