Besides the fact I woke up alive and kicking, it is 11am and I have:

Listing a studio apt:  $142K

Listed two parking spaces:  $8700  and $10500

Ratified an offer on one of my divorce properties:  $760,000.

 

Now, THAT's a good way to spend the weekend!!!
