One of the things we have all faced is buyer's remorse.  Buying a home is extremely stressful for most clients.  We in the profession who do this on a daily basis can easily treat the process of buying a home like a routine act.  It may be for us, but not for our buyers.  This is the biggest thing they will buy in their life in most cases.

I do a fair amount of business with young first time buyers.  Many are active duty military.  Working with young buyers can be a mixed blessing.
On one hand it is so rewarding taking a renter and making them a home owner.  The look on someone's face when I give them the keys to their new home makes what I do such a joy.
On the other hand you run into the occasional character that just makes you wonder about the future.

This question is continuously debated. I have a few reasons why I have decided not to use them to this point:
