Donna Shefcheck got her real estate license and joined us a little while back at Century 21 Liberty Homes. She is an archeologist and wanted to learn our real estate business. During her short tenure with our company, she assisted me with several of my transactions including holding open houses and keeping up the files.

This is a question that many gloss over when buying a house. Too many times while in the course of buying a house for a primary residence the focus is on the price, the amenities and possible appreciation in value. The decision is done through the eyes of an investor.

The part of the Island of Oahu with the zip code of 96789 is known as Mililani. It is in the center of the island over looking Pearl Harbor.
The main part of the Mililani area is a planned community developed by Castle and Cooke (formerly Dole). It was named an All-American City. Originally Mililani was pineapple fields. In the early 1970's construction began and the town was born. The town should be finished the end of 2006.
