Below is a list of condos and townhouses in the Ewa Beach area that are pet friendly.

ewa: Real Estate Sales Activity in the Ewa Beach - 03/27/07 11:59 AM
Ewa Beach is an older community that is slowly but steadily being surrounded by planned communities.  Ewa Beach has a mix of older lesser expensive homes along with Million Dollar plus beach front properties. (makes up part of tax map key 191).
Single family homes sales have had consistant sales volume and steady price growth.  There was a spike in average price in the 2nd half of 2005 that was due to several high end properties selling.  Currently there is more than 6 months worth of inventory, which may have an impact on future prices.

Ewa Gentry is a planned community in Ewa Beach, Hawaii (makes up part of tax map key 191).
Single family homes sales have leveled off in price and volume.  Currently there is about 6 months worth of inventory.
Ewa Gentry condos and townhouses prices have also shown some flattening.  Currently there is about 3 months worth of inventory.
These are only the totals and average sale prices.

Single family homes sales have continued to climb in price and volume.  The second half of the year was a little stronger than the first half.
Ocean Pointe condos and townhouses prices have shown some flattening, but sales volume is climbing.
