I received two robo calls. They start out like they know me and without a pause or breath, start the pitch. What they don't know is I never talk to machines on our first date. LOL...What goes through a persons mind who decides to do this? Do they actually believe that people will stay on the line after they answer? Has anyone ever done a study showing how this pays for itself or even pays off...for either party?

Here is the premise. We have to answer our phones, texts and emails. Faxing or snail mail doesn't pull or push on you like the other dynamics do. Who in there right mind would answer around the clock? Intelligent business hours are expected however...the  9-5 banking hours are long gone

That's what I used to tell people decades ago when we had an important business to conduct. Trying to get a hold of someone by phone was the pony express of the day. If the line was busy, try try again. Then, they came out with call waiting. This let you know another call was coming in
HOW RUDE WAS BORN

I call a major Retail shopping center which just sold for $84 million dollars and has large anchor tenants plus movie theater to get data on their space and leasing requirements. No live people available and the recorder comes on and you push this or that to address your needs. LISTEN CAREFULLY you are told as the instructions are explained. If you mess up, the STAR key gives you another chance.

Here is one story that should be told over and over again in the Real Estate bars, saloons, gatherings, parties, chat rooms, ONLINE, and lunch rooms across the the nation. It has a dollars and "sense" ending. That's common "cents" and $3000.00 dollars. ......Well here it is...plain and simple....
