I recently did a feature BUYERS MAKE AN OFFER THAT SEALS THE DEAL were the point of perhaps over-paying for a home made sense. When someone finds what they want, the next step is to purchase it. What they don't expect to find is a TUG OF WAR for the item. In this post, a word of caution to those that want their dream purchase and will pay a little more for it THE CRASH... It comes once a year and we celebrate it in many different ways. The young kids in school give each other a valentine wanting one back badly and grown-ups make sure their love is proclaimed using flowers, candies and intimate dinners. If nothing else, this day allows us another reason to celebrate I LOVE YOU I understand the commercial application of this and all the fun it brings and supports. I went on a 20 mile bicycle ride often allowing me to reflect and ponder. My friends, there are so many things to consider and observe and they have my full attention too. I traveled well off the beaten path and saw & heard beautiful sights and sounds. I took my midway break at a CEMETERY, had my apple, and then pondered On the right side of my face, there are tears..find out why below
