Sung to the tune of Hi Ho, Hi Ho, its off to work I go. Yes to doing what you can do when you can do it. Just go slow and be aware that this learning curve comes with catches, set-backs, surprises and risks but all doable I assure you. I am not an attorney. NO. Attorneys have specific schooling and knowledge of the intricacies of the law and how to apply it and then are granted a license to perform and practice LAW. I hired a man to do some concrete work at my house. The work and the price went well and I paid as soon as it was finished. I told the man that I would refer him out and wished him well. I get a letter in the mail a week later stating the intention to lien my property for the actual concrete materials. I have a TRIPLEX listing with a sale and I am helping the buyer get a loan but it didn't start out that way.
