There is something in us where we take a plot of land, a location, a spot and when we decide to stay with it, it now becomes more than a visiting place. It is a home. Nature does it too! Animals roam around all day long, but at the end of the day, they go to one spot. That one spot is now their HOME. We do that too!

This country is amazing for many things one of which is opportunities. Notice I used the plural. They abound and if you think out of the box, they abound even more and monies follow quickly after that. Case in point is the true story of a man who bought a worthless (?) piece of mountainous property and made a fortune from it

Real Estate is in and of itself such a solid concept. Look at what it is built upon. LAND and not just any land but a piece of the United States of America. When I visited with the Amish and saw how farm after farm flourished and how the community worked together for the common good, the values of owning just beckon you

I am always looking for ways to market myself and to keep the money queue active and flowing. We all know the traditional ways to advertise and market ourselves...I have always made myself available to answer questions. That has probably accounted for 90% of my business....over the years

I am shopping for land parcels for my builder/developer contacts and came across a potential 20 unit site in my neck of the woods. It is zoned for condo's, but it is only in the conceptual or drawing stages. You still have to submit quite a few things and go through the different departments for their input.
Mind you, they require professional submittals and you have the expense of an architect and engineer all up front. These two stay on until done because the feedback you get will require changes and re-submittals..sometimes many times over...
