There is a rule in business that stands out quite well when an employer hires employees and pays them a certain amount of money. If the amount being offered is not flexible, the business is saying that it will pay that amount only and can afford to if it gets what it wants. What does it cost to take a product or service and provide it to the public at large and when all is said and done, you make a profit... not money there is a difference. Behind everything is the cost that it takes make it work and to keep it working, someone has to be paid for their time as well. Income is one thing and expenses another. What an interesting subject matter this is. It crosses over into ethics, honesty, fiduciary, fair and honest, financial dealings and just plain out making a living. However, there has to be a right way to proceed that supersedes all opinions. Real Estate is an interesting arena for all the players involved. The different arteries that one can travel or access all of themselves make sense and are doable. Having a professional involved makes it even more so. The wild card in anything really are the people and learning how to navigate through the different personalities/circumstances successfully ESCROW DOWN What about the escrows that never closed? I am so happy to see common sense plus a backbone at work finally. The people who make laws can bicker all day and all night if they want too, but not on my dime.
