credit cards: SAVING MONEY? - 11/20/17 01:26 PM
It is amazing this subject as to how many people DO NOT KNOW how to do so. Pro-activity escapes them and they handle this subject in a reaction mode also known as living paycheck to paycheck at some point. I blame no one because unless this dynamic is taught or your common sense picks it up, you may not know better. However, you should
IT'S A TOOL
If taught to save early on, it just goes to work and gets better. Some people get addicted to it and this is extreme but that's their business isn't it? When one first puts the practice to work, it … (15 comments)

credit cards: YOUR PERSONAL CREDIT CARD IS NOT PERSONAL - 08/25/14 11:29 AM
I was amazed to find out that four UNAUTHORIZED transactions were attempted on my wife's credit card and three of them were blocked from going through. The fourth went through and none of it was ours. This happened all of a sudden to us out of the blue. Charges were attempted from three different cities and one out of state. The amounts were petty on three of them, but the fourth one was substantial
THEY DON'T KNOW?
Sounds like hit or miss or trial and error until something goes through then they hit it hard as they can unless your card fraud prevention services kicks in and … (8 comments)

credit cards: WHATS THE LARGEST PURCHASE YOU MADE ONLINE? - 07/14/14 12:01 AM
I remember when online shopping was introduced many moons ago. There was absolutely NO WAY I was going to shop online. There were so many concrete beliefs in place that I thought were insurmountable. Take giving your credit number and what goes with it. You didn't want that "out there" in cyberspace. That belongs in your wallet or purse and only comes out under strict supervision
THE FIVE SENSES
Then, I want to touch it. IT was whatever I was buying. I want to see it and for years that system had its way. Big box retailers knew this and that is what keeps them in … (11 comments)

credit cards: LADIES MAN YOUR PURSES PLEASE - 04/28/13 04:07 AM
It has come to my attention lately when I am out shopping anywhere that I see more and more women leaving their purses unattended. Some have an awareness of this, but quickly lose it when they find an item of interest while shopping. Others have no clue believing that the store offers security and they may shop with confidence....
I have not only seen purses neglected in shopping carts, but open with wallets right there on the surface. Often I point this out to people. Reactions and comments received back as follows....
I am watching it... I know.... The mind your … (16 comments)

credit cards: HOW CAN MONEY TALK WITHOUT LIPS - 02/18/13 02:50 AM
It is simple...You use these pieces of paper to communicate with people and when a big smile crosses over their face...Well the money is talking. Your credit card can speak money fluently too. Used to be that your house talked using the ancient ways of equity and appreciation to make itself known. Diamonds talk non-stop and gold brags and boasts continuously
MANY MONEY SPEAK
If you found a cache of money all tied up an bundled, oh its talking the minute you laid eyes on it. Money given freely speaks softly and gently too. Money from ill-gotten gains speaks very little … (4 comments)

credit cards: PAYING ALL CASH FOR THINGS IS A GREAT START IN STARTING OVER - 08/29/11 03:56 AM
We forget how we got here to this economy to begin with. Credit got us here. Selling something to someone who can't pay for it NOW was a false sign of things flourishing because on the back end, if someone didn't pay, then it wasn't a real sale to begin with. Capitalism supported this system because it made money in the moment for so many but the back end remains questionable
WALL STREET MADE $$$
Credit gave us a huge BOOM when introduced. People couldn't believe that they could have what they saw right there and then and a new industry … (11 comments)

credit cards: HARD CHOICES FOR RENTERS, BORROWERS, AND DEBTORS...woe unto them - 04/13/11 04:38 AM
Please be advised that this post subject matter is a depressing reality and may be shocking to some. It may also not be suitable for many. It is my hope that those that are moved by it, may perhaps become more aware of those that are in it over their heads, and be moved to act.
THE SILENT MINORITY?
The consumer, the driving mandatory force of our country, is at risk now more than ever. If you are renting a property and failed to make payment, an eviction hangs over your head. If you owned a home and stopped paying the … (9 comments)

credit cards: BEING DEBT FREE.......WHAT IT MEANS TO ME....... - 10/28/10 02:20 AM
Our capitalistic society doesn't not promote being conservative or cautious. Quite the contrary, it supports irresponsibility, consumerism and live now pay later dynamics. When the system fails, it take you with it and marks you for life. what kind of a system is that...?
KEEP YOUR CREDIT CARDS, FEES, LATE CHARGES AND NEGATIVE REPORTING TO YOURSELF.....
So, I am going to speak against the system. Yes, less jobs will be created because people will not spend more. Credit card companies will lose money. Monies made from foreclosures and defaults will shrink....Cars will not be sold in abundance and the sale of … (6 comments)

credit cards: CREDIBILITY.....THE ONLY CRED-IT CARD YOU WILL EVER NEED - 08/03/10 01:37 PM
Have you ever seen or heard something and your first response was ....that's incredible? In other words, whether you meant it or not, you are saying that it lacks credibility. CLICK ON dear reader.....
Incredible defined:   beyond belief or understanding. Your not buying it...whatever IT is.
Credible defined:     capable of being believed. Acceptable at first glance or hearing.
Now, lets apply it to a human being because credibility brings value and good fortune to the user and holder of it and incredibility brings people to doubt you and you lose value because of that.
Don't think it is limited to just … (4 comments)
