I had an old friend call me and say they want to look at homes in a certain area and they wanted me to spend time and effort in helping them and they were sincere about it. So they started asking me questions about certain areas and pricing and best place to buy etc CHOOSE THE TIMING I wanted to get to the point right away, but I also had to establish some team rapport, let them have their space and sort of lead up to the critical core issues that have to be addressed. After some brief Q & A which upped the excitement (6 comments)
