ettiquette: THANK YOU FOR BEING RUDE UNAVAILABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL - 06/17/13 02:41 AM
Yes your freedom of professional and personal questionable expression towards people in general, your neighbors, friends, clients, principals, peers and associates that borders on being unproductive, immature and far from inviting is paying off for me. I am reaping um-teem rewards from it and I wanted to thank you. I remain grateful for the contrast
YOU LIGHT UP MY LIFE...?
Your dysfunctional conduct makes my functional conduct stand out. The consumer, client and principal are so happy to find someone who will treat them well as they spend their money and just when they think things are getting better, they run … (11 comments)

ettiquette: BOUNDARIES REMAIN A FASCINATING SUBJECT - 05/07/13 11:44 PM
An experiment was conducted with children where they were told to go out and play but not cross the large orange line in the playground. Observers saw some children go completely the opposite direction and far away from the orange line while others went right to the edge and others between the edge and the farthest distance..We conclude that people handle boundaries differently
WE ALL RESPOND DIFFERENTLY
The ones that go the other way are making an obedience statement or perhaps are setting up complete compliance or could be fear driven while the ones whose toes touch the line could be … (2 comments)

ettiquette: YOU GET POINTS FOR TALKING TO YOURSELF? - 01/23/13 02:28 AM
Rainmaker Don Sabinske started it....Do You Comment on Your Own Posts? Why Not? Well it has been pointed out that if you comment on your own post, you get points for it. Look for multiple personalities surfacing now especially when you add the lure of points to make you come out. It would start out as a comment or statement and then, because of point temptation, turn into an argument with ones self on ones post
LOSING IT?
Example: I like this post and it has potential. Well it could have been better. Well maybe your right. No, you are right etc etc. … (17 comments)

ettiquette: CODES AND WHAT THEY DO - 01/04/13 06:50 AM
As agents and Realtors, we are all aware of the Code of Ethics and it is a nice little set of awareness principals to do business by and live a good life while doing it. The banks should have a similar code of ethics, but that is another post. On codes, I like the one that the wild west was run on.
THE CODE YOU LIVE BY
The unwritten codes are the best ones. Those are the ones that everyone has come to discover and appreciate as well as practice for themselves and they live them everyday. Others feel the same … (4 comments)

ettiquette: ACTION PLANS IDEAS MOVING WITH A PURPOSE - 10/24/12 06:50 AM
To do business one has to be in business. That meant rising to the start-up occasion using an action plan and monitoring the ACTION. It is as simple as having the right tools, communicating effectively and providing a service. From there, you can tweak the endeavor to make it go where you want.
BEING IN BUSINESS IS NOT HARD
Today it is so easy to represent that you are a business. If you go back 50 years, you had to have an office and show up there from specified times, dressed accordingly and be accommodating. Today, you can literally carry your office … (0 comments)

ettiquette: THE POWER OF PRESENCE - 07/13/10 01:43 PM
You are more than just a  well adjusted and dressed Real Estate professional. You are a walking/talking advertisement. Your peddling your first impression wherever you go. You are doing it whether you know it or not..
People buy from people first. Then, they want to know what you are selling. Your image is out there working while you stand idle at the grocery store, the office arena, the movies, walking down the street, recreational activities and yes...even on the phone...Your presence is at work
I want to emphasize courtesy and manners on or off the phone at this time. Nothing is more attractive … (25 comments)
