An experiment was conducted with children where they were told to go out and play but not cross the large orange line in the playground. Look for multiple personalities surfacing now especially when you add the lure of points to make you come out. As agents and Realtors, we are all aware of the Code of Ethics and it is a nice little set of awareness principals to do business by and live a good life while doing it. The banks should have a similar code of ethics, but that is another post. On codes, I like the one that the wild west was run on. THE CODE YOU LIVE BY The unwritten codes are the best ones. To do business one has to be in business. That meant rising to the start-up occasion using an action plan and monitoring the ACTION. It is as simple as having the right tools, communicating effectively and providing a service. From there, you can tweak the endeavor to make it go where you want.
