I have a neighbor that listed their house with another agent. It's awkward since we both know each other and I finally wished him well the evening I saw the Realtors sign go up. I have come to understand that many people have friends, relatives & associates that they go to first. So be it. At times, I am that man too TWO DAYS LATER My neighbor comes over to talk and share and expresses to me his concern. We don't know if the house is priced right. What? It is summer time and the earth is doing its stretching exercises. LIfe is teaming up and is shouting at us again. Fascinating this business of Real Estate we are in and even more interesting are the people you meet while navigating through it. My Short sale is approaching the 15 month mark and the stand-out memory here is that the pricing I started out with is now the pricing I ended up with after going up and down like a yo-yo..FIND OUT WHY WHY EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE You see I didn't know this until months into the deal. Robinson Crusoe is a true story of a man marooned on an Island and for the most part alone and in despair. He needed to un-learn and then learn things to survive.
