irresponsibility: SO THE GOVERNMENT WANTS TO SHUT DOWN? - 09/29/13 01:09 AM
What a bunch of babies we have leading this country and not just becasue I say so. Where is the motivation, the counseling, nurturing, guiding and mentoring that comes from healthy leadership and management to others and their teams? Instead, we are exposed to petty bickering, threats and my way or the highway tactics that prove one thing: WHAT NOT TO BECOME IF YOU WANT TO LEAD
POUTING IS THE NEW STRATEGY?
In the world of excuses or NO excuses, this behavior for whatever reasons, complications or dynamics at work IS NOT acceptable. My way of the highway tactics is something … (8 comments)

irresponsibility: WARNING: GRAPHIC DESCRIPTION ON HOW TO REVIVE YOUR REAL ESTATE CAREER - 10/02/12 02:03 AM
WARNING: GRAPHIC MEDICAL DESCRIPTION FOLLOWS to make a point. You have seen this on television and in movies....they call code red and or a flat-line alarm goes off and someone who has a medical degree yells...GET THE PADDLES and a machine on wheels is rolled over. It switched on, paddles on grabbed, gel for conduct-ant is applied and a person on a mission approaches the "man down"

CLEAR IS PROFESSIONALLY SCREAMED OUT
Everyone near the area of the person down withdraws and the paddle person goes in and ZAPS. then, a big heave and either took or it did not. … (4 comments)

irresponsibility: CALIFORNIA WILL LEAD THE WAY FOR BANKRUPT CITIES - 07/12/12 12:08 AM
Behind the scenes, negotiations to remedy have failed and all we know it as the word bankruptcy after that. Prior to however, lots went on and years back, the events of today were set up at that time. Being responsible is a non-negotiable item 24/7 commitment. Some people handle it better than others. Now, we get to see how politics... not fair play have had their way. The chickens have come home..in droves
LITTLE BY LITTLE AND THEN...COLLAPSE
Running a city is a business. Getting reelected is politics. When someone tries to do the right thing, it usually costs them votes. Their thinking … (11 comments)

irresponsibility: TEXTING WHILE DRIVING YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING OR HAVE A DEATH WISH - 10/03/11 04:30 AM
Margaret my esteemed colleague suggested I do a piggy back blog (sort of) on her subject of driving while texting. New Law in Maryland..No Texting....No Emailing While Driving! We Need to Get the Word Out! http://actvra.in/kCr caused me to comment as follows..
TEXTER SIGHTED AHEAD
When someone driving in front of you slows down or does the side to side car sway, you know it someone who is learning to text and drive or it is someone that is no good at it. Perhaps in time this person may or may not perfect their new found belief..Meanwhile, we are now … (8 comments)

irresponsibility: WHAT HAPPENED TO THE "GOVERN" IN GOVERNMENT? - 08/09/11 03:49 AM
Control, influence or regulate either a person, an action or a course of events is what the word govern means. The meaning is clear. It is a position which has authority and in many cases unlimited authority so that the welfare of the body of people being governed is always protected. GOVERN MENT or Meant to govern...where is it?
THE PEOPLE COME FIRST AND NOT "CERTAIN" PEOPLE COME FIRST
In any business, organization, activity, sports or game, the absence of playing by the rules or honoring the integrity of the structure causes it to no longer be what it represents to … (0 comments)

irresponsibility: FORECLOSURES AVERAGING OUT TO 318 DAYS TO COMPLETE IN U.S. - 08/01/11 04:58 AM
That is not an effective or efficient way of doing any type of business. In fact, the rate has gone up from last years time frame indicating less efficiency as we go. We are getting worse not better. Some states can get it done in a unheard of 90 day period and some take as long as 3 years to complete. This is a major deterrent to the economic recovery of the United States
BANKS ARE POOR BUSINESS PEOPLE
I want to take a moment to say that it would be much worse if Real Estate professionals were not involved. Many … (0 comments)

irresponsibility: U.S.D.A. $680 million dollar mistake.......was anybody fired....? - 11/02/10 02:50 AM
I read a short snippet weeks ago in the Wall Street Journal. Title of the the article: American Indian Farmer's Are Offered $680 million. This is because the United Department of Agriculture bureaucrats denied them low-interest rate loans that were given to white farmers between 1981 and 2007
Now, you can submit proof that this discrimination cost you a loss of income and receive $250,000 or you can opt for a quick $50,000 no hassle settlement. This is a class action suit. Does this blow your mind...?
Many things came up for me:
I now know where the trillions that are … (10 comments)
