First and most importantly, commerce-driven anything is a people business. If you choose to believe, everything & everybody is really in the people business but practicing in the chosen field. To be even more clear, I am in the people business practicing Real Estate. What drives this? The simple proven rule of marketing (and human nature): People buy from people first then the product or service PRODUCT & SERVICES first? Now to be fair, in todays society, people do buy products and services first and then may or may not experience a person. Sometimes it doesn't matter who the person is as long (1 comments)

NOT EGG NOG but EGG BLOG is correct. I did a post two years ago called GIVE THE GIFT OF AN ACTIVERAIN POST. Give a blog to that special someone, someplace or to mark an occasion or share an event. Give a blog and explain what that subject matter means to you and why. When one takes the time to write about something special and then present it to a person, is this not true gifting? localism: POSTING TO THE TARGET AREAS

When I post, I have business plans that call for a wide broad reaching out to certain target audiences. For instance, I write with Twitter in mind and the people who follow me there. On ActiveRain, I have another mindset which is where I mix business with pleasures. Then, I have the PEARLS SERIES which requires time and attention LOTS OF DIFFERENT DYNAMICS I am also cognizant of the different age groups, buyers, sellers and investors as well as tenants and landlords as I interact with all of those groups and more too. One of the reasons I like visiting ActiveRain is for the variety of posts and comments. When you take a moment to consider that people all over the United States and Canada are commenting and that it is within a certain realm of mutual interest, well you have nothing less than a sweet online treat. HOSTS AND POSTS I like reading the different posts and have grown to like many of their authors too. I never know what mood or focus I may have until I log-in and begin the viewing and reviewing process. I then gravitate toward my interests. I (10 comments)
