The MLS is a system exclusively available to Licensed agents and allows peer to peer precise communications involving precise Real Estate transacting. Fees are also required to access this database and there is an ongoing debate about this data entering into or falling in with unlicensed Public sources ZILLOW TRULIA REALTOR.COM ETC. ETC. This Trillion dollar industry we call Real Estate is a gold mine and as such attracts miners who want to strike it rich. I get it! I have spent several years as a volunteer at my local Board of Realtors sitting on the grievance committee. I remember the first day I attended, I was pleased to take note at how much there was to learn. Hearing cases about the profession I am in remained a very effective teaching tool for me. The Real Estate mode as I call it and will explain is the when an agent is rock-in ready, very willing and extremely able to conduct business and sends that message loud and clear. Then, buyers and their agents pick up that sound and come toward it like a bee to a flower ACTIVATE ALL SYSTEMS Got your business cards sharp and ready, flyer's ready to go, signs are up and visible, web presence is activated, MLS is armed and phones, text, and email are manned and ready.
