poor management: DETROITS BANKRUPTCY MAY HELP WHO KNOWS - 07/31/13 12:54 AM
As an agent, I read about Detroit having to declare bankruptcy and the part that stuck with me was that homes in the area were valued at $7000 dollars. Stop and think about this. Houses haven't been worth that since the early 1950"s and that was a lot of money back then. However, there is no chance to enjoy that purchase as you are surrounded with crime, poverty and lack of services
LOOK BEFORE YOU LEAP
Buying something is a very important procedure and just because you can doesn't mean you should. Why you want to own a home is very … (32 comments)

poor management: BANK OF AMERICA REMINDER HOW THEY CONTRIBUTED TO THIS CURRENT MESS - 08/09/11 08:32 AM
Bank of America first of all should not be allowed to use the name AMERICA. This bank is acting far from America's interests one American at a time. They are still navigating in areas and conducting their affairs in one sided defiant ways with only a single minded mandate in mind. To make money and keep making money people be damned
I MUST GO ON RECORD LESS PEOPLE FORGET WHAT HAPPENED
Has anyone forgotten that they were the ones who came up with the idea of a borrower having to be 90 days delinquent before they could even speak to them … (6 comments)

poor management: WHAT HAPPENED TO THE "GOVERN" IN GOVERNMENT? - 08/09/11 03:49 AM
Control, influence or regulate either a person, an action or a course of events is what the word govern means. The meaning is clear. It is a position which has authority and in many cases unlimited authority so that the welfare of the body of people being governed is always protected. GOVERN MENT or Meant to govern...where is it?
THE PEOPLE COME FIRST AND NOT "CERTAIN" PEOPLE COME FIRST
In any business, organization, activity, sports or game, the absence of playing by the rules or honoring the integrity of the structure causes it to no longer be what it represents to … (0 comments)

poor management: THINGS RUN THEMSELVES UNTIL THEY DONT THAT'S WHEN YOU NEED MANAGEMENT - 08/07/11 04:35 AM
Any where you go, you can see how easy it is to do business. If you are selling clothes, put them on display and people know what to do. If you are selling food, people wait in line to order, pay and then get served. How about public transportation. You wait somewhere, you ready your self to pay, the transport comes, you board and off you go. These systems run themselves.
EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE MONITORED
But you need supervision, management, and leadership to maintain whatever it is you got going. Someone has to be there to make sure that whatever … (10 comments)

poor management: RED LIGHT CAMERAS PREYING ON THE PUBLIC...SHAME ON YOU CITIES EVERYWHERE - 07/28/11 03:47 AM
If you have ever seen these cameras and signs set-up at intersections designed to take a photo of you running a light, it would cause you to wonder why they are not installed everywhere or just what is the point? It used to be a policeman would catch you and act accordingly. Now, if these things catch you, your out up to $500.00
BEWARE THE SPIDERS WEB
It is outrageous to try and trap someone with one of these things. The stress of approaching a intersection that is set-up to fine you $500 if you make a poor decision is nearly … (6 comments)
