It is a paradox that visits with us more often than not. We are invited to do or say something & because we want it to go a certain way, we put extra effort & application into it. If overdone, we may thwart the outcome that wanted to land gently & without assistance or interference. If underdone we may have not risen to the occasion thus leading to doubt TOO HARD You know you are coming across too hard when you try to force something. Yes its true. We are all in the famous "rat race". If you don't agree, here is the definition to help you get it and not lean toward denial. Life is good. Its free and you may do what you will with it. It requires no training or instruction because it is set up to learn about as you go. Imagine that. On the way, you may detour, explore, investigate, time-out, journey and just about anything your little self-contained unit wants to do...IT CAN! WHAT'S THIS? I read a very meaningful story book one day that I never forgot. It was about a caterpillar who was traveling down the road and met other caterpillars doing the same. Most often, we are caught up in the doing of things. We become task oriented and motivated. That may be alright for getting ahead in the business world or to carry out a mission. But what if you need some answers to some issues that have come up for you lately that you just don't have.......One solution, take some time out and work with your hands When you work with your hands, you trigger another set of responses and shut down other centers at the same time.
