I found this 2012-2013 report that was buried in the bowels of my ACTIVERAIN files protected with all top security measures and well secured from public view. I decided to re-release it because it got well over 12,700 hits when it was originally released. It was controversial for its time but some things the public has to know DETAILED LIST COMPILED OF ACTIVERAIN ACTIVITIES I have reason to believe that Trulia had obtained a copy of this prior to it taking over ACTIVERAIN and I further submit that this report came under the eye of ZILLOW as part of their acquisition strategy. It is the responsibility of someone who knows to tell someone who doesn't especially if it is something that ends up being a material fact. A material fact is something that directly affects your thinking process. Withholding this type of disclosure leads to civil suits and then some IF IT'S SEEN...COME CLEAN This applies to every subject on this planet as far as I can tell. AS-IS conjures up an instant thought of something is wrong here and I have to check it out. The price pops up in your head too making you think as well. It must be serious or they wouldn't have said something. Then again, maybe they are just saying what it means MINOR BUT WE ARE NOT FIXING IT Cosmetic issues usually come under the AS-IS as a common occurrence. We are not going to paint, carpet or replace window coverings. Fair enough and it is well that it is presented up front. There ought to be a stricter law against making false and misleading statements similar to yelling FIRE in a crowded place. I am referring to two things that pop up now and again that I find highly suspect. First, the unemployment figures are improving and second, the Real Estate market is picking up. Now I know that the public's morale plays a big part in our recovery, but it has to be truthful to sustain itself THINGS ARE GOING WELL...really? Hype wont do. In the Hansel & Gretel story, the witch built a house, garage, yard, white picket fence, mailbox, front porch and landscaping made out of things to eat. So who do they attract? A couple of kids who fall right into the plan of becoming a meal for someone else.
