It started one night. I heard a distinct noise that pulled me out of a dead sleep. I was in bed in a second story 3300 square foot home when I heard first in my dreams...chirp. Once awake and a few moments later...chirp. What was that? A giant cricket from hell? Remember, I was half asleep CHIRP CHIRP CHIRP whoa I got up in the middle of the night and started tracking down this noise. I remember when this fist came on and I caught it. I thought I was just watching some 1/2 hour entertainment until I could find something else. When the episode ended with a twist, I was flabbergasted. I couldn't wait to tell someone ...Hey, I just saw a show that was so good and the ending is like something I have never seen... Lately I have been using something when talking to people that tells me everything I want to know. Doesn't matter what the subject is we are discussing. At some point, I will bring up whether or not you liked the Three Stooges and if you don't respond correctly, I have formed an opinion about you I CHOSE A SIDE I admit to be judgmental here. It creeps up on you. It is subtle and then it is obvious. It can be shocking and all consuming too. What happened? Did you just meet Rod Serling and enter his Twilight Zone? Nothing that exciting no. What happened could simply be explained as the child in you being replaced by the adult TOO MUCH WORK....IS TOO MUCH WORK You see all work and no play makes you a dull, lifeless person. Having too many choices complicates things and before you know it, instead of being led by your innocence, or the child within you, the adult takes over and unintentionally life … (7 comments)
