For many it was when they got their dream job. Some perhaps won the lotto while others look to social security, pension or part time work. There is something about knowing that you will be okay that every human being not only seeks but wants to know and will not give up knowing until they do. Under this heading comes shelter and clothing as well UH-OH...WHAT DO I DO? Some people marry into "well-off" or create a successful recession proof business that gives them the feeling that they will be okay. I came across this the other day and I thought it was worth repeating. In Tahiti, they have a saying that means something to them. Islanders and their lifestyle or culture brought this about. The one sharing it was compassionate about it. To me, it applies to everyone but may mean different things to different people "YOU EAT LIFE OR LIFE WILL EAT YOU" This was shared by one person to another who was sulking and feeling sorry for themselves.
