When I first got licensed back in the 70's, the first thing I noticed out there in the sea of Real Estate was all the sharks swimming around in a frenzy feed. It intimidated me and caused me to choose carefully where I wanted to start my Real Estate career. Today, I have a second or third skin and dine on shark meat.
