Kids have no trouble with this concept of telling or saying it just like it is. Even if they fail etiquette, mainstream or higher level learning standards they still are using simplicity to make themselves and their wants known and we like children for it. We smile, laugh, encourage and instruct but lets not forget the innocence behind and driving it all WHAT PREVENTS SIMPLICITY? 1. The ego for one. It's a lifestyle and when lived, speaks for itself. Often we hear about keeping things simple, imagining our world in that state and then we go back to the rigid routines that say otherwise. The true freedom comes from a type of simplicity that has its own legs i.e. moves with its own purpose in mind. It simply takes charge. That's what makes its simple! When you say yes or no to something, that is as succinct and clear as one can be when called upon to do so. Granted, there are times when furthermore is required, but then, we wont know that until that moment. Its trying to include it when it is not necessary that bogs it all down. Spontaneity is to be relished and appreciated OH THAT... How many times have you heard something said or presented where you don't have a clue as to what it means? When I was a kid, there would be a knock on my door and my little friend would be standing there saying can you play? Immediately I ran to ask mom if I could and she would say something like yes, no or stay in front of the house or my favorite...be back for dinner..yaaayyy FUN IS NOT COMPLEX We took off for where or what... who knows?
