One day I am out shopping looking around to gift my wife. Guys, we all do it at some point so relax a little here. Anyway I am not a good shopper. Okay.......I said it and now I have to address it.....We do not have to say much about the command to be fruitful and multiply......that appears to be working pretty well I am sure most of us can agree? I always spill the beans. I tell what I know. When listing a property, I always ask the owner several key questions that help me help others. I just finished a successful book signing and my publisher (a saint of a woman) took me out for some dinner. In the middle of dinner, I get a call from my daughter who is in a panic. I am in a large movie theater. Got a good seat. The previews have been played, the opening logos came and went and ...the movie has started. I am sitting where I want. I am comfortable and I know that the opening scenes and the first few minutes a lot of times sets up the whole movie...
