ACTIVE WITH CONTRACT.
Why Why Why.
OK, I know why. The buyer may walk so they need a back up.  If the buyer walks they have a head start on marketing to find the next buyer.  They can generate buyer leads and sell them something else.
But for me as a buyers agent, I don't want your ACTIVE WITH CONTRACT on my buyers' list of homes.  I don't want to show your home under contract, I don't want to be a back up for you.
