this is a good article that shows that nearly 40% of all home owners are under water meaning they owe
more that the home is worth, that takes me back to i think that short sales are here to stay for 3 to five

i love how some are positive and other are not but i think when you put to much negativity in the minds of
the ultimate buyer makes the stop ant think , The  media is a circle of bad or good influence but end up

I still kind of new Realtor ,but this is true the more foreclosures the closer i think we are getting to the
point where we stabilize the market , but its also an opportunity because the are sellers and also buyers

new reports for the q4  zillow show more homes sales but show declining prices and more rapidly on the
last few months this video covers all this and a bit more its interesting because i think this is going to

wow i am new basically even thou i a have been a Realtor for almost 6 months, but this is really nice to know because i don't remember in any of my classes that we could fire the client , they did mention we could if we wanted not to take the listing . thanks for the information

well with what happened in Massachusetts and wells fargo yes some people will see as if they are getting
what they diserve but is it really what we need because as the video i have here i think that this is going
to hurt the consumer and us in the long run and we might see little to no lending in the future in homes
this is what i call a two edge sword of out back between a rock and a hard place , i think we are going to
loose

wow , i just read an article about the great amount of commercial loans that have problems just coming
in the next 12-18 months , do you think this will affect the residential market even more that it has
here in phoenix you can drive and see how lots of malls , L shape strips and more ,even car dealerships
empty or the anchor is gone sad but is the reality
