The Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches has just added 2 weekend 14 hour Florida License Renewal courses in February and March in additiona to the already scheduled classes! The courses are 2 days from 9:00am-5:00pm and do not require a test to pass.
There's always the option of taking the class online or with a book and that's just fine...if you don't want to learn anything. Last Sunday, June 22nd was a huge success for the Regional MLS, Open House Celebration! If you watched Comcast cable this weekend you probably noticed the tons of commercials for the Open House Celebration put together by Regional MLS, Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches and the Jupiter Tequesta Board of Realtors. Over 1000 homes were in participation and Realtors from Boca Raton to Jupiter felt the success! If you missed it yesterday, don't worry, they are doing it again next Sunday, June 29th!
