It's almost license renewal time for some Sales Associates and Brokers (March 31st) and there are a few options available; online, take home book or live classroom. 
The online version and the book version require a TEST!

online course: Have you completed your Mandatory Realtor Code of Ethics? - 11/24/08 10:21 AM
If you are a Realtor, meaning you are a member of your local Realtor Association, you MUST take the NAR Mandated Code of Ethics between January 1st, 2005 and December 31st, 2008 or you will LOSE YOUR REALTOR MEMBERSHIP!!!
I know it's hard to remember when it was last taken...something you may have done 4 years ago is hard for anyone to keep track of. 
You can either check by contacting your local board and making sure they have record and/or go to www.Realtor.org NAR's website, log in and check your personal profile. The Code of Ethics should show up in your Education … (0 comments)
