seminar: Renew Your License, Get a Short Sale Update and there's No Test Required! - 02/11/10 02:06 PM
The Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches has just added 2 weekend 14 hour Florida License Renewal courses in February and March in additiona to the already scheduled classes! The courses are 2 days from 9:00am-5:00pm and do not require a test to pass. There's always the option of taking the class online or with a book and that's just fine...if you don't want to learn anything. The benefit of having a live instructor, besides the obvious plus of not having to take a test, is that you will actually LEARN! The instrcutors are going to go over real life

Here at the Realtors Association of the Palm Beach we have TONS of Great Classes, Seminars and Events and we only have a few options of getting the word out to our 8,500 members; email, website calendar, monthly newsletter, now ActiveRain Blog and fliers up at all 3 of our locations. The problem is no one ever seems to read anything but of course they are quick to complain that they "Never knew we were having that event or class". You can lead a horse to water but you can't get him to drink! My question is: How do Realtors like to get
