Need Mortgage for Buyer Client!

Hello

Buyer client need to close on a house on Aug 27th. His loan officer just informed him that lender backed out because he has been working on 1099 as self employed since Jan 009 and don't have 2 years tax returns.

Here are some details:

His middle credit score was 678 back in May, client is sure it is much higher now.

First Time Buyer

Annual Income $190K

Purchase Price $330K

Deposit: 10%

No other debts.
