dead fish in pond: All of the Fish in the pond Appear to Have Died Overnight! What the?

I live in a subdivision and my house backs up to 1 of 2 ponds: One pond is located on the left side of the street and the other is on the right. When I went outside this morning to feed the ducks, I noticed over 100 Buzzards out by the lake on the Left. Worried, I ran out to the water to find over 120 dead fish floating on the top of the lake or washed up on the banks. They were mostly Bass, but there was also Perch (sunfish) and Catfish.
