You know, I avoided rentals when I first started. I just didn't see the need, wasn't that familiar with the laws and focused more on selling. However, once times got tough I realized that I needed to expand a bit to keep my business going. Then I started doing rentals. I've found a few things out. Every landlord has a different conception of their property. Some landlords are huge, impersonal multiple property owners, and some are just moving away for a year or two.
