This new listing at 7108 Creeks Edge Drive is in the quaint sub-division of Cove Point, right off Masonboro Sound Road in Wilmington, NC. This has become a very popular area for residents, offering a peaceful and quiet area, lots of lush landscaping, with mature trees, bordering on Hewletts Creek. Hewletts Creek (some of you may recall the TV show "Dawsons Creek" which was filmed here in it's entirety) is at the north end of Masonboro Island....an 8 mile long uninhabited protected island, beachgoers and boaters love, sandy beaches, that are only accessible by boat, make this a true get-a-way!
