Where are people moving? Dallas, TX Forbes Tool - 06/25/10 08:25 PM
Here's a very neat tool I ran across today.   It is from Forbes and shows were people are moving from and to for several major cities.   Unfortunately the data is a little old ....from 2008, but still a neat tool to play around with.   From what I understand the information is gathered from the IRS.
Of course I am primarily interested in Dallas, but it also lists information for Manhattan, Los Angeles, Detroit, Miami, Los Angeles, Washington, Seattle, Atlanta and Chicago.

Just thinking back on some of the comments my clients have made and the houses they bought or didn't buy.
1.  How come their grass is green in the winter and everyone else on the street looks dead?
2.  Love the flowers....if it looks this good outside I can't wait to see inside.
