I'm often surprised at the excuses some people give for not buying.
I often think about one of my wife's friends who has had the same job for 20+ years, makes good money, is a good saver and has also been in the same apartment for 20+ years.  Rent has gone from something like $400 to $850 in that timeframe.   She's about 20 years from retirement.   We try to convince her that buying a one bedroom condo would be well worth her time in a … (0 comments)
