This master planned, award winning community was developed by Stanford Carr LLC in a spectacular hillside setting over looking the Kona Coast. Driving through the gates you are greeted by 180 degree ocean views, tree lined streets with art deco street lamps and meandering sidewalks.  This truly is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Kailua-Kona, not only because I own a home here, but the experience of living in the Kahakai Estates has been wonderful.
