Lavaman Keauhou Triathlon Scheduled for November 18, 2012

After competing in a hand full of sprint triathlons, I decided to sign up for the Keauhou Lavaman 2012. It's an olympic distance race consisting of a 1.5K swim followed my a 40K bike ride and a 10K run. The Lavaman Keauhou starts and finishes at beautiful Keauhou Bay and much of the race winds through the Keauhou resort area of Kailua-Kona, which is one of the most beautiful places in Hawaii.
