Just Say 'NO' When They FAIL the 3-part Test - 07/22/10 02:21 PM
I've been working long days to get up to speed on what's happening in today's market so I can be more competent as a new agent.
So, I attended a workshop on SHORT SALES and FORECLOSURES. Most of the Washington agents may know this, but I keep hearing about the failed transactions and learned why they usually fail.
The workshop was well organized, and I must say the points made when interviewing an owner who wants to do a Short Sale were extremely important to me.  Here in Washington State, there is a 3-part test to qualify for a Short Sale.
