Don't mess with Texas - 02/07/08 12:19 PM
Turn up your sound and click on the link below. This accident happened in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area and you have to listen to it. It is a phone call from a man who witnesses a car accident involving four elderly women. It was so popular when they played it on CHUM FM that they had to put it on their website. The guy's laugh is contagious. If you close your eyes and picture what he is watching, it is eve n better than a video clip! I couldn't stop laughing!  It brought tears to my eyes!http://www.chumfm.com/MorningShow/bits/march24.swf

Recruit! Retain and Hire - 02/06/08 05:44 PM
Today was one of those days at the office where I just got a ton of stuff done.  The weather outside was full of rain, sleet and snow.  Thus causing the office today to be some what of a morgue. I closed the door in my office and went on a recruiting frenzy.
Before I knew it I looked up at the clock and it was almost 5 pm.  I guess time flies by when send over 50 emails and make over 30 phone calls. Let me tell you it was extremely productive. I even went as far as asking a few of my agents to … (1 comments)

Ny Giants Resiliency - 02/04/08 05:36 PM
All of us in the Real Estate industry should take a good luck at what happened last night during the Super Bowl. I know some of you are wondering how last nights game could of related to real estate.  Let me share a couple of them with you.
The media for 2 weeks has talked about how this wasn't going to even be a game and how the Giants didn't stand a chance. I think we all can relate to negative remarks daily from your local papers and national media about how bad the real estate market is. The Giants also commented on how … (2 comments)

The Weather Outside is Frightful - 02/01/08 12:09 PM
We woke up this morning to around 8 inches of snow, so needless to say the office isn't very busy today.  I hope this weather doesn't put a damper on our agents Customer/Client appreciation night.  We have rented out the Magic House in Kirkwood on Saturday evening.  It is closed to the public and our agents will invite all of their customers, clients, friends, family and neighbors.  This is one of many events we do for our agents throughout the year.
This gives us a chance to follow up with our friends, past clients, neighbors, and gives their kids a opportunity to run off some … (2 comments)
