Pending sales for the Phoenix-Metro area continue to improve.  Pending sales within the Multiple Listing Service have more than doubled in the last few months.  As inventory of resale homes taper off and activity of pendings improve, the market is showing signs of positive movement.

Once the currently listed and soon-to-be added inventory of short-sale and bank owned properties are sold then it is my opinion the market may see the bottom and move northward!

Individuals and families continue to move to the Valley and jobs are still being created, thus giving the market a more momentum.

We can only hope that the current positive trends continue.
