With so much communication these days and so many media outlets, not only can your message easily get lost in the shuffle, but it can more easily be misunderstood and thus hurt your business.
Todays media outlets from Fox, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, CNBC, Bloomberg, Rueters, BBC and others only dedicate a few seconds to a topic that in reality should have a full hour of discussion and reporting.

Health, it is the basis of our lives and how we define how we feel mentally and physically.
Some of the most stressful jobs in the world are sales related and in today's business climate we can all atest to how things have changed and how we have had to step it up to make things happen.

I finally killed my IBM / Lenovo ThinkPad T41... (Sad Sad Day).
After many many drops onto the floor from the table thanks to mobility of one desk to another, the soldier past on after battling the fields of many real estate sales presentations.
With that I am looking at all varieties now as so many have excelled greatly over the past 4 years since I purchased my Think Pad...
I am staying with the Windows mode as it is easiest to operate with different real estate boards and I give out MINI CD's on presentations.

Here is a thought for you all...Instead of putting $22K+ into a Hybrid, look at putting that money into your home.With homes accounting for MORE carbon issues and pollution than any automobile, it would seem logical to put more money into your homes for better living, financial security in the future as well as less pollution...First, 40% of all energy used in building is LOST to the elements. Secondly, a energy efficient upgraded home will command more in resale / rent thus the values increases overtime (3-5% premiums to be exact over non-green buildings)  unlike an automobile that loses value.
