This is something that most buyers simply don't get and it is critically important. They innocently wander onto a building site and then think that after they have walked through that door they still have a right representation by the agent of their choice.  NO, NO, NO!!!! They do not - unless they are willing to front the commission.  I've been through this sooooo many times with buyers that its just crazy.  I tell them over and over again DON NOT WALK IN UNATTENDED - but it almost never seems to really sink in.

  Hello everyone, this is the longest absence from my blog that I have had since I began it in late 2008.  A brief illness kept me from writing.  I am pleased to say that I am now back at work and just fine.
