MHDC"First Place" is a Missouri state-sponsored program to assist potential homeowners in purchasing their first home. Pulaski Bank is committed to helping increase homeownership responsibly, through programs like MHDC.
HDCis a loan-program add-on and can be used with any type of Fixed Rate loan: FHA, VAor Conventional. MHDCcan only be used to purchase a home.
