I'm at the Metro North office here in <strong>Goose Creek, SC</strong>.&nbsp;We used to have these&nbsp;cool and helpful&nbsp;'How to Prepare Your Home For Sale' booklets that had lots of&nbsp;neat tips with pictures and check off boxes. Different tips and ideas in what you could do to prepare your home. Another fave of mine was something like How to For Sale By&nbsp;Owner. Does anyone know of a good company that has something similar to these and are of really good quality? The guy is looking for real estate agents in the area to help with HUD homes or foreclosures etc. Wow, this active rain works. I listened to him. poor guy. Told him I was busy at the moment could he please just send all the information to my email and I will take a look when I get a chance. So, my question is.
